Rest assured we love your furry companion almost as much as you do. Our state of the art clinic was built with your pet’s safety as the upmost priority. From the fire resistant structure, alarm system with 24 hour monitoring, double gated fencing in the backyard, and our on-site doctors. In addition we offer many customizations to best fit your pet needs. We make every effort to care for your pet in the best possible conditions. To help us achieve this high expectation, please fill out the lodging agreement completely and accurately.

Monday through Friday are 7am-4:30 pm
Saturday 9am-11:30pm
Boarding is charged like a hotel: If you pick up before noon, you will not be charged for that day.
Pre-arranged Sunday pick up is available. There is an additional $12.00 charge per pet picked up on Sunday. You will prepay for the stay at the time of drop off . We must know at time of drop off if you plan to pick your pet(s) up on Sunday. There are no Sunday drop-offs, only pre-scheduled pick-ups.

If your pet is on prescription medication please bring the medicine in the bottle it which it was dispensed. Medication administration is charged by day not times given in the day.
Our lodging areas have pheromone diffusers that help create a sense of calm and help them settle into their surroundings. These are known as appeasing pheromones. For the dogs pheromones, released during lactation, give puppies a sense of well-being and reassurance. These pheromones can have the same effect in older dogs. If a pet seems to be nervous, we apply our pheromone spray to their bedding. Adaptil is odorless and species-specific: it does not have any effect on cats, humans or other animals. For cats we use Feliway diffusers, Feliway is a feline facial pheromone mimic. This behavior is performed by any cat (domestic cats but also big wild cats) every day, and provides them with reassurance. This is provided as part of our pledge to make your pet as comfortable as possible when away from home.
We feed a high-quality, low-residue diet to our pet guests. However, if your pet is on a prescription diet, has a sensitive stomach, or you would feel more comfortable feeding your pet their normal diet, please feel free to bring their diet for the stay.
We are able to board pets from the same family together, by request, in size appropriate accommodations. Having pets stay together is for their comfort, each pet is charged separately for their care.
Please note that all canine guest spending three or more nights are required to have a bath before they can go home they so that they are returned to clean, fresh, and ready to play. This is an additional charge.
Items to bring: Any medications they need while staying and their food (if you would like) . (If possible please label the items with their name.) We provide blankets or sleeping pads for their stay. Please refrain from bringing bowls in for your pet to eat or drink, unless there are special considerations. (Please discuss these issues with us). We are not able to put anything ceramic or glass in pet lodging areas.
