My dogs love going to the vet for anything but especially for boarding. They get so

excited and that tells me that my dogs are loved and well cared for there. It gives me
great peace of mind to leave them there.

I absolutely love this vet! They are always so polite and knowledgeable. Most of all they all truely care about my pets well being as if they were their own.

Best vet experience ever. The staff is great. They show true love towards all their patients and are very accessible for questions. Additionally, they are all very attentive to details in exams and offer advice on proper care.

I moved from Olathe to Roeland Park over a year and still drive out to Olathe. My dogs Brio and Rosie board here regularly and the staff take such good care of them. They even rearranged how they are situated in the boarding facilities to figure out how they would be happiest. I always feel guilty leaving my fur babies, but knowing they are loved and taken care of sure helps!

They always take the time to listen and they really care about my wishes as well as the health and safety of my pets. I trust them to help me make good choices for my pets.

Attentive. Very little time wasting unlike other practices. Friendliest staff I’ve encountered in many decades worth of vets.

I recently moved back to the area and was looking for a vet I was recommended to Blackbob Pet Hospital and saw Dr. Hughes. My cat was ready for her shots. I have owned animals for 2 decades. Dr. Hughes is very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and even took the time to see us as more than just a patient. She is very outgoing and caring. This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a vet. She really took her time and cared. She never once made us feel rushed.

We have been going to Dr Meyer for the last 25 years. We started with her when we first moved to Olathe and she had just opened her business. We have continued going to her because she loves the pets, is compassionate, and she’s friendly. She is also an excellent vet. We trust her to be honest with us about our pets and their health, including when it is time to let each one go. We will always trust her judgment regarding our pets.

We are new to the Lenexa /Olathe area and finding the right vet was important. BlackBob Pet Hospital came highly recommended by a co-worker. I made the appointment quickly and easily. Dr. McRell and her staff are top notch. From the moment we walked into the front door, we were treated wonderfully. Dr. McRell and her assistant spent a good amount of time examining my dog and put her at ease. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that loves their animal and expects the best medical care.

Always accommodating, take very good care of any and all pet issues, compassionate and knowledgeable.

I was very happy with my visit! I couldn’t believe how much attention my dog got. The vet was so good. She took her time, I didn’t feel rushed, and she explained everything!

Thanks for getting our cat Squeak in the same day I called!! Had a great experience with all the girls at the office, everyone showed true professionalism & genuine care for my Squeak!! This is the first time Squeak was comfortable at a vets office, the doctor took time to talk to me & explained everything very well!! Would definitely send my friends to this vets office!! We love Blackbob Pet Hospital! We have been going there since 1991. The ladies make over my sweet rescue dog, Oso, like she is one of their own. Dr. Meyer is the best and goes the extra mile to make sure our Oso is well taken care of. Oso is so lucky to have such a great group of people who love her almost as much as we do! Keep up the top notch work! You are AWESOME! I know when Oso comes to stay, she is in good hands. Thank you for caring so much!

First time visit was an emergency. Staff made us feel like family and that our “baby” was more than just an animal, but a true member of our family. We plan to continue to bring all of our pets here. We’re happy to have found the BEST place around!
