Tina Weingartner graduated from Ross University Veterinary School located in St. Kitts in 2008. She started working at Blackbob Pet Hospital on April 6, 2016. Prior to working at Blackbob she worked at two other clinics. Growing up she has always had an interest in medicine. For several years she wanted to pursue a career in physical therapy. Then one very special cat, Sophie, changed all that. When Sophie was 17 years old she developed diabetes and a serious liver condition. Taking on her treatment at home had her realize that she needed to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. The rest as they say is history. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband , Tim and their two daughters, Maia and Jenna. She has three pets, two cats and one dog. Her cat’s names are Cali and Milo. Lily is a Norwich terrier, who she adopted from a rescue and loves everyone.
