Dr. Mark Purser first opened the doors to Highland Knolls Veterinary Hospital on April 1, 1999. Since then, we have worked hard to provide the highest quality of personalized care for each and every patient.

In 2014, Dr. Mark Purser opened Spring Green Pet Clinic in order to better serve our clients and patients in the Katy, Cinco Ranch, Fulshear, Richmond, and Rosenberg communities. Dr. Andrew Masse is our lead veterinarian at Spring Green Pet Clinic; he also completed his doctorate degree at Texas A&M, having begun practicing veterinary medicine in 2016. His specific areas of expertise at our office include medicine, nutrition, and cardiology.

In 2018, Grand Morton Animal Clinic opened its doors to serve the Katy Community North of I-10 along the Grand Parkway Corridor. Dr. Alex Deal is the lead Veterinarian and he looks forward to building long term relationships with the families he serves, while continuing to provide high quality medical and surgical care.

As part of our commitment to quality patient care, we also utilize the services of Dr. Brian Poteet & Dr. Bobby Werner and Associates with VitalRads, Veterinary Teleradiology Consultants. In late 2014, we added the services of Veterinary Cardiologist, Keith Blass. Dr. Keith Blass, in conjunction with VitalRads, provides us with quick turnaround on ECG readings prior to surgical cases, as well as advanced cardiac image interpretation and consultation services.

Dr. Dan Meadows also provides mobile ultrasound services and is usually available on short notice for emergent cases.  Dr. Meadows also fills an occasional role of relief Veterinarian in our offices.
