At Hot Diggity Dog Resort, we believe that a good daycare program should consist of social, physical, and mental development. And that is why the L.E.E.P. (Life Enrichment Education Program) was developed. LEEP is a membership program that helps to improve the lives of dogs and provides the peace of mind knowing your dog is getting the interaction s/he needs during time away from home. LEEP does more than put your dog in a cage with an occasional walk before you come to pick them up. LEEP members have every day filled with exercise and a wide range of other daily activities. The activities below are included with membership:
• Fit Paws: to gain balance control and increase core strength
• Brain Games: enhances focus, attention, and impulse control
• Special events, parties, and holiday photo opportunities: we enjoy special occasions and create events that your dog will enjoy
• Massage and aromatherapy: helps your pet use his/her natural senses
• Small group gatherings: this enables dogs to get to know other dogs and enhance their social skills
• Balance and core exercises: to help strengthen joints and muscles
• Training sessions: to teach commands
• Membership means inclusion in Daycare Games
• Special training for activities are part of your dog's daily stay at Hot Diggity Dog Resort
Memberships cost $40 per month. All pets taking part must be spayed or neutered by the time they are eight months of age.

Daycare/Boarding Requirements
(1) All dogs entering Hot Diggity Dog Resort must show proof of current vaccinations for Bordetella, Distemper-Parvo, and Rabies,
(2) All dogs must have a Daycare Registration Form (DCR) form completed to be enrolled in our daycare program.
(3) All dogs must pass a temperament evaluation. The evaluation is conducted by appointment only and only after the Daycare Registration form has been completed and reviewed by our daycare staff.
(4) Temperament evaluations require appointments and are only conducted on Tuesday through Fridays. The dog must stay for the entire temperament evaluation which is from 10:00AM until 3:00PM. The fee for a Temperament evaluation, which includes All-Day Daycare, will be charged at the Full-Day daycare rate,

Cancellation & Late Policy
(1) GROOMING: Dogs 15 Minutes or more late for grooming appointments are subject to cancellation, forced reschedule and Late or No-Show Fees. Cancellations require 24 hours notice. You will be charged a $35.00 No-Show fee for appointment missed.
(2) DAYCARE: Please book in advance. You will be charged full fee for appointment missed. Dogs 15 Minutes or more late for pick-up at end of day, after we have closed, will be charged a Late Fee of $20.00 per each 15 minute segment after closing.
(3) TRAINING: There is no make-up and training session will be lost for missed training not pre-scheduled one-week in advance.
(4) OVERNIGHT BOARDING: We require a 72 hour notice of cancellation. Cancellations will be charged "THREE" nights boarding fee (72 hours) for same-day cancellation, "TWO" night stay for 24 hour or less notice of cancellation, and "ONE" night stay for 48 hour - 24 hour cancellations.
Please arrive at least five minutes before your appointment start time. Thank you!
Clients who do not give proper cancellation notice will be charged and may lose their boarding and daycare privileges.
