Welcome to Peninsula Dog & Cat Clinic, a leading veterinarian in Portland. We are so happy that you have chosen to take your pet to our veterinary practice. To make your first appointment easier, please review some basic information about our practice ahead of time.
What to Expect from Your Portland Veterinarian
Our veterinary staff is friendly and professional. We will do our utmost to care for your pet and make sure that they leave our clinic happier and healthier then before. We are also here for you, so please feel free to discuss any concerns that you may have with our staff during the appointment.

New Patient Forms
You have the option of completing new patient forms online or completing them at the office. For your convenience, you may complete paperwork for multiple pets at one time. Please click the following link to download and print out our Online Forms!
If you opt to complete the forms in the office, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time so that you have adequate time beforehand to complete your pet's paperwork.
If you are transferring your pet to our care from that of another vet, please arrange to have your pet's medical records transferred to our practice in advance so that we can begin treatment as soon as possible.
Veterinary Care Payment
At Peninsula Dog & Cat Clinic, we require that you pay for our Portland veterinarian services in full when they are rendered. We currently accept cash, credit card, and debit card. We are unable to accept personal checks for veterinary services.
In the event that you cannot cover the costs of veterinary care, we are able to offer the CareCredit program. This breaks down payments into installments to relieve your up-front costs. You can apply for CareCredit in our office in just 5 minutes.
Making an Appointment with Our Portland Veterinarians
Our Portland veterinarian office is open 6 days a week for your convenience. We are open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Our Saturday hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
