Dr. Alicia Long-Virginia-Tech

Dr. Alicia Long-Virginia-TechDr. Alicia Long joined our veterinary team for her internship year from June 2016 –June 2017. She grew up in Freeport, Maine where she began working with draft horses at a young age. Dr. Long received a Bachelors of Science in Biology from George Mason University, and after graduation worked for a year as a registered therapeutic riding instructor in Northern Virginia. She attended veterinary school at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. Her particular interests include neonatal and internal medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Long likes to spend time with family and friends, relax at the beach, and exploring Rhinebeck with her dog Hailee.
