We request that you make appointments ahead of time for your pets, whenever possible. This ensures that we have dedicated enough time to properly examine and treat your pet as well as discuss all aspects of their care with you. We do accept walk-ins and emergencies.
We require full payment at the time of services in order to keep our costs to you lower. We always are happy to provide written estimates for all services and glad to answer any questions you may have, as well as offer a variety of options for treatments, if appropriate.
We are happy to participate with the ”Care Credit” program to help you afford the care your pets need.(This is a form of health care credit card that you may apply for at the clinic. You may be qualified within minutes, and this will allow you to make no interest payments for 3-6 months for more involved care for your pet.)
We strongly believe in open communications and education of our clientele. If there is something you do not understand, or you have a concern that you do not feel has been addressed adequately, we are always here to listen and answer your questions.
