Dr. Dean provides comprehensive medical care for horses. You are welcome to haul your horse to our Waverly facility for care, (see map) or have Dr. Dean come to your farm. He has clients in Fort Collins, Laporte, Wellington, Bellvue, Loveland, and many other areas of Northern Colorado.Our services include routine preventative care such as vaccinations, health certificates, and Coggin’s testing, as well as more in-depth care such as described below.
Dr. Dean is experienced in lameness evaluations, nerve blocks, reproductive care such as palpation, ultrasonography and consultation, digital radiography,treatment of colics, lacerations and other emergencies. He can follow up lameness exams with corrective trimming and shoeing if needed as he is an experienced farrier and blacksmith who can craft handmade shoes. He routinely performs specialized services such as joint injections. New Digital 
Radiography is available either on your farm or on a haul-in basis. Geriatric horse care often takes a special kind of compassionate person that you can find in Dr. Dean. He is available for consultation on nutritional needs, as well as blood work testing and dental examinations on your older horse.
