We would like to review your pet's medical records and history in advance, if possible, so please let us know where we can call and request those to be sent to us. We would like to make this as easy as possible on you by obtaining your pet's records on your behalf.

We are a paperless hospital and on the New Client Forms page you can find our New Client Form which is required prior to any first appointment. We are very thorough with our history taking, physical exams, recommendations, and education with our clients, so be prepared to be with us for a longer period of time during your first appointment. We truly take our time with your pet, so that they become comfortable with us, and take our time with you as our client, so you understand everything we are trying to accomplish. Quotes and estimates will be provided for all recommended services and procedures so you can feel comfortable with the costs.
