Dog Boarding

Dog Suites

Come tour The Boarding House and you will see that this is the place for your dog’s vacation. Our dog suites are indoors and kept at a comfortable temperature. The runs and cages are designed to comfort all sizes of your furry friends including oversized runs for very large dogs.

Our boarders enjoy calming music, comfortable bedding (unless they are chewers), daily treats, fresh water throughout the day and of course, lots of love and attention from our dedicated and caring team. They are exercised a minimum of three times per day in our outdoor courtyard (complete with fire hydrants).

We also have an indoor playroom complete with a huge picture window looking outdoors, a couch, TV with DVD’s and a basket full of toys. Extra playtimes can also be purchased and you can choose the activity. You may choose a walk, a game of fetch, a ball toss, a summer splash or simply cuddling on the couch.

The dog kennels are in a separate area from the cat boarding suites and The Boarding House guests are separated from the patients in Everett Veterinary Hospital.

Frequent housekeeping service assures you and your pet of a clean environment.

Vaccinations

All dogs boarding in our general population kennel must be current on their Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Distemper combination (Distemper, Hepatitis, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus) vaccinations. We require a current Bordetella vaccine, unlike other boarding facilities and we sanitize ventilate our kennels thoroughly. Due to these protocols, cases of kennel cough are extremely rare at Everett’s Boarding House. We also recommend the new vaccine for Canine Influenza. This vaccine helps to protect your dog from a very contagious disease that causes pneumonia.

If your pet is not current on these vaccines, we will administer them upon arrival and board your pet in our isolation ward until the vaccines take effect. Please Note: Our isolation ward space is very limited, so ask for more detailed information about vaccinations and immune response time.

If you have any questions about your pet’s current vaccines, we will be happy to look into your records or contact your regular veterinarian.
