Our Philosophy
At All Pets Animal Hospital, we recognize the strong bond between people and their pets. After all, we have beloved animal family members of our own. Therefore, a commitment to comprehensive care for ALL companion animals is the cornerstone of our practice. We continually seek out new treatment options to provide our patients with the finest possible care at a reasonable price. But the best medicine is preventative medicine. We want to educate you with the information that you need to protect your pet's health for their entire life.
Our goal is to provide compassionate, high-quality, advanced veterinary care for dogs and cats, as well as "exotic" pets such as birds, reptiles, rats, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, tortoises, lizards and snakes.
Our History
All Pets Animal Hospital was started in November of 2001 by Dr. Brian Loudis. The hospital came together after many years of searching for the perfect site to build a high-quality animal hospital in a community that appreciated good medicine with a "family" atmosphere.
Dr. Loudis’s goal was to bring compassionate, quality care to all manners of pets. The wide variety of pets and concerned owners of North Coast San Diego County made Encinitas the perfect location for this hospital. All Pets Animal Hospital provides a place for all of the area’s diverse people to bring all of their beloved pets.
The hospital opened in November of 2001 with only Dr. Loudis and his Practice Manager on staff. Their success grew rapidly however, and soon the case-load warranted new employees.
By January, 2003, it was estimated that All Pets’ growth was in the top 10 percentile of new clinics. This afforded them the funds to buy new equipment, new computers, new staff and finally, a second veterinarian.
In 2011, Dr. Aaron Lamoree joined our practice, after spending many years working at another high-quality veterinary practice. After working with us for a year, Dr. Lamoree, Dr. Loudis and the staff felt that he was the right match, and in 2013, Dr. Lamoree became part owner of the hospital. He brought with him a similar desire to practice quality medicine which keeps the patient at the forefront, while providing education and compassion to the pet owner.
Today, All Pets Animal Hospital continues to provide quality care to the animals and clients of San Diego County. We strive to use advance, up-to-date equipment, diagnostics and medical procedures so that we may provide our patients with the best possible care. We also understand that employee happiness is an important component of a high-quality, efficient hospital, so we strive to keep employees happy with good benefits, fair pay and an enjoyable work environment.
