When a client is saying goodbye to their beloved pet, we show our respect by turning the overhead lights off and turning this lamp on. The sign by the lamp alerts others of the process, to please remain quiet in our reception area.
It's never easy saying good-bye to our loved ones, but rest assure, we have your best interest at heart. Our comfort room, painted in rich warm, home-like colors, also features dimming lights which aids in those last quiet moments, as well as a separate entrance/exit for the privacy of our guests.

Here at the clinic we also offer memorial services, as well as a beautiful variety of keepsakes for your pet. We offer a no burial return. The body is cremated and placed in a Memorial walk in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Please visit their website for more details.

Basic returns come in a single beautiful wooden keepsake box, with the option of featuring your pet's name and dates, or a beautiful scattering bag.
THE BASIC PACKAGE
The Basic Package includes your choice of the Scattering Bag, or the Standard wood urn with clasp. This urn can be personalized (optional) for an additional cost.

THE SUMMIT PACKAGE
The Summit collection includes an engraved photo urn, where your pet's name is on the top and his/her photo is featured on the front. This beautiful wood urn comes with a photo frame,
This unique "Preserve-A-Memory keepsake photo frame is made of solid wood with mahogany finish. On one side, this beautiful memorial displays a cast of your pet's paw impression, and on the opposite side, a 4x6 or 5x7 of your favorite photo. (candle not included)
SIMPLICITY DELUXE
The Simplicity Package includes the Deluxe Standard Wood Urn with clasp, and personalization, and the Silver Paw Frame which holds a 4x6 photo.
OUTDOOR PACKAGE
You may want to remember your pet with an outdoor memorial, if so this package would fulfill that need. This package includes on of two urns plus the beautiful deluxe style engraved wind chimes.
The wind chimes are a total of 27" long and has 6 chimes. The weight of the wind chime features the engraving your pet's name and a paw print. (Shepherds hook not included.)
