Stevie - Head Receptionist

Stevie

Stevie has been a valued part of the Forest Home Animal Clinic family since 2001. Though she worked as both a receptionist and a veterinary assistant she has since focused her talents on customer service. Her compassion for clients and patients, as well as the respect of her co-workers, has lead to a position as Head Receptionist.

Stevie primarily shares her life with her husband, a spunky Australian Shepard named Blue, and a feline named Buzzfluffkin. Stevie enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Sherryl

Sherryl started at the clinic in October 2012. After attending the Milwaukee County Zoo’s big cat exhibit, around age 12, her passion for exotic animals and the dream of one day becoming a zookeeper started. She graduated from University of Wisconsin- Steven’s Point in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Education and a minor in Captive Wildlife. Sherryl interned as a Wildlife and Animal Welfare Educator Specialist at the Racine Zoo for almost five years. Her passion and knowledge paired perfectly with her joy of getting children involved with animals. Sherryl wanted to expand her experience and knowledge within the animal field and found her place here at the Forest Home Animal Clinic.

Sherryl shares her life with husband, Jeff, a beautiful Red-Ear Slider Turtle, Corteza, and two amazing dogs - A'more and Rockoo.

In her spare time, she loves being with friends and family, especially her niece and nephews, Tatem, Robert, Landyn, and Adeliene. She also enjoys being outdoors experiencing nature walks, fishing, and of course attending local zoos.

Heather

Quasar

Heather joined the team in April 2019. After 14 years in the animal field, she has chosen to focus on human wellness. Starting in November 2019 she will be going back to school for massage therapy.

Heather spends most of her time away from work with her 11 year old son, Ayden, and sneaking in the occasional nap! Her dog, Quasar, can be seen behind the reception desk smiling and greeting clients and their pets.
