A Typical Day at Doggie Day Camp
Due to the continued threat of Covid-19, there have been some changes to Doggie Day Camp. Our day camp weekdays will be Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:30 PM. Morning drop offs will be between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Afternoon drop offs will remain the same, 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Playtimes and the midday break also remain the same:
8 AM to 9 AM — All day and half day morning campers are dropped off - quiet time in kennels or crates with dimmed lights and mood music
9 AM to 12 PM — Group Play Time - indoor/outdoor depending on the weather
12 PM to 2 PM — Lunch and nap time in kennels or crates. The room is darkened and relaxing music is played. Half-day afternoon campers are dropped off, and half-day morning campers are picked up.
2 PM to 5 PM — Group Play Time - indoor/outdoor depending on the weather
When dropping off your dog we will ask you to remain in your car and give us a call. A counselor will come out and get your pet. We will leave your leash with you and use our own leads. Each dog will get his or her own individual lead which will be sanitized each night. Pickup will be essentially the same; remain in your can and give us a call. We will bring your pet out to you.
We will continue to monitor Covid-19 and if any other changes are warranted we will let you know. In the case of a state wide shutdown we will be shutting the day camp down.
