We like to keep our DDC families updated on their dog's DDC experience. As well as utilizing Facebook, we are now on Instagram @foresthomeanimalclinic. When your dog is accepted in DDC, we'll ask your permission to photograph and post photos of your dog on our social media platforms. The form can be downloaded here.
