If the dog has previously been removed from a daycare, the owner must notify us what the circumstances were.
1. Fill out the Doggie Day Camp Enrollment Form, which can also be requested at our reception desk or found online to be printed at home here.
2. After we receive your completed form, we will contact you to set up an Evaluation Day
The Evaluation Day can be either a half day, in the morning, or a full day
If you are an FHAC client, there will be no charge for the Evaluation
If you are not yet an FHAC client, there will be a onetime processing fee of $21.52 (tax not included)
3. If your pet is approved, we will work out a schedule for your pet to come join our DDC family
If we do not feel your dog has a temperament for camp, we will call and your pet can be picked up at your convenience
